• If you're hoping to receive your order before Christmas please place your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays or disappointment.
• Place your order by the dates in our Christmas Order Cut-Off Dates chart above, for the best chance of delivery within Australia by Christmas (although not guaranteed).

Fast Christmas Dispatch

• We normally dispatch twice a week, however during December our family team are dispatching orders almost daily.
• Follow our Christmas Order Cut-Off Dates chart above and we will dispatch your order by the Australia Post Christmas Sending Dates.

• Australia Post recommends parcels are dispatched by these date for best chance of arrival by Christmas.
• Please remember these are only estimates and we cannot be held responsible for your parcel arriving after Christmas.

Order Early

• Order as early as possible to allow time for delays that may be experienced across Australia within the postal network during the busy Xmas shopping season.

Choose Express Post

• Consider opting for Express Shipping, so that your parcel is prioritised by Australia Post, and has a much better chance of arriving on time for Christmas.

Check Your Size

• Check our size guide, measure your table, and email us for help if you're unsure, so that the tablecloth or table runner you receive for Christmas is the correct or best size. As there will likely not be time to re-order and receive before Christmas.

Check Your Order

• Check your order items, quantities, colours, shapes and size selections when you are at the checkout, and again in your order confirmation email.
• Ensure that you have ordered the correct items and have provided the correct shipping and contact information for your order.

Signature on Delivery or Authority to Leave

• If you opt for Signature on Delivery, consider if you will be home to receive your delivery, or if you will have time to collect your order from the Post Office before Christmas.

• You might consider choosing Authority To Leave for your parcel at the checkout, to avoid waiting in line at the post office to collect your parcel (if you miss the Postie).

• If you're ordering from a business location, we may need to change your parcel to Signature On Delivery.
  This is so that your order is not left at the premises outside of business hours.
  Please advise us if this will not be suitable for you.
  Please let us know if you need your parcel delivered between certain business opening times.

Ordering for delivery by NYE

If you're ordering for a New Year's Party please:

• consider the Public Holidays on Christmas Day (25 Dec), and Boxing Day (26 Dec).
  Australia Post and Tablecloth Kingdom will not be operating these days.

• consider residual Xmas Shopping congestion in the Australia Post network in the days after Christmas

• place your order before the Christmas Cut Off Dates so that your order can arrive before New Year's Eve
